1. Use of the Site

All products, pricing, and descriptions may change. We may modify or discontinue items at any time. We may refuse or cancel orders including for suspected fraud, errors, or misuse.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including product names, images, text, graphics, and design is owned by Spyhold and may not be used without permission.

5. Intended Use and Assumption of Risk

5.1 General-Purpose Accessories. Spyhold products are general-purpose carrying accessories designed for everyday use. Spyhold does not manufacture, sell, distribute, or endorse nicotine, tobacco, or any controlled or age-restricted substance. Spyhold makes no representations regarding the safety, legality, or suitability of any third-party product stored in a Spyhold accessory.

5.2 Assumption of Risk. The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility for the items stored in or carried using Spyhold products, including but not limited to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding those items. Spyhold shall not be liable for any injury, illness, property damage, or legal consequence arising from the contents placed in its products by any person.

5.3 Parental and Guardian Responsibility. Spyhold products are intended for use by adults. Spyhold assumes no responsibility for the storage, access, or use of any items placed inside its products by any third party, including minors. Parents, guardians, and other adults are solely responsible for keeping any age-restricted, hazardous, or otherwise dangerous items stored in Spyhold products out of the reach of children and unauthorized persons.

5.4 Product Misuse. Spyhold is not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage resulting from (a) the misuse of its products; (b) the storage of hazardous, illegal, or age-restricted items in its products; (c) any third party's access to items stored in a Spyhold product; or (d) the use of Spyhold products for any purpose other than their intended function as carrying accessories.

5.5 No Endorsement. Any reference to third-party products, including nicotine pouches, in Spyhold marketing materials, product descriptions, or imagery is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or promotion of such products. Spyhold does not encourage or facilitate the use of any age-restricted substance.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" except where stated. Spyhold disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by law. Products include a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper storage, or the storage of items that damage or degrade the product.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spyhold is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit or revenue, or damages arising from use or inability to use the site or products, including but not limited to damages arising from the storage of third-party items in Spyhold products or any third party's access to such items. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product involved.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, scrape or extract data, upload malicious code, or bypass security measures. You may not use Spyhold products to conceal, transport, or distribute any illegal substance or item.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Spyhold, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the site or products; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your storage of any item in a Spyhold product; or (d) any third party's access to items you have stored in a Spyhold product, including claims brought by or on behalf of minors.

10. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of Spyhold products will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Westchester County, New York. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at our discretion.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
